Shipping way
MQS Enterprises ship worldwide including to the USA, Canada, UK, European Union Countries, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Your goods will be delivered to you at your doorstep within 7-15 business days. Normally, if ordered items are available in our stock, we ship them within 2 business days. For wholesale orders, the shipment normally it takes 15 days to process and leave from our warehouse.
- Production – For approved order time depends on the order quantity, whoever we are shipping the order confirmed day from 7 to 20 business days.
- Shipment – For shipment depends on the shipping method as various shipping company.
- FedEx: 4-8 business days
- DHL: 5- 10 business days
- Skynet/Dpex: 7-10 business days
MQS Enterprises does not have control over on-hold shipment by courier company and shipment time. Once the parcel shipped, we will forward you with parcel tracking number to track the shipment with its progress of time.
Custom and Duties
The taxes and duties outside Nepal are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer) and te buyer is responsible for determining those charges. MQS Enterprises will not be responsible for any fee/customs/duty imposed by your government. However, our (Nepalese) products are custom free in Europe.
